Thanks to a purification and liquefaction technology developed by <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/hitachi-zosen-inova\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Hitachi Zosen INOVA<\/a>, this CO2 is now recovered and made available to various industries, including the brewing sector, where it can be used for carbonating beverages or producing dry ice. The collection and distribution of CO2 is carried out by <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/messer-schweiz-ag\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Messer Schweiz AG<\/a>.  <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n<div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-88d68917-4115-4188-9da4-1d067b20132b\">This approach is fully in line with the transition to a circular and low-carbon economy. By replacing fossil-based CO2 with renewable CO2 from biomass, consumers can reduce their carbon footprint while participating in the local recovery of organic waste.
