The Swiss gas sector stands out through concrete actions in favor of the energy transition. Far from being limited to speeches, gas players are multiplying initiatives to accelerate the defossilization of the national energy supply. <\/div>\n

Commitments and innovations in the gas sector<\/h2>\n
The FOGA<\/a> research fund, dedicated notably to biogas, is one of the pillars of this transformation. This fund finances and supports innovative projects aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of gas in Switzerland. The Research, Development and Promotion Fund of the Swiss Gas Industry (FOGA)<\/strong> was created in 1992<\/strong> by the gas branch.
