Anonymous traffic data

We use Plausible Analytics to measure site traffic. The data collected is entirely anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, traffic source, country, device and browser type. No personal identification is possible (see section 9).

  • Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as part of a specific project (e.g., sharing information for tenders with equipment suppliers).
  • Certain data collected via our forms is stored and processed by ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., San Diego, USA) on servers located in the United States. ClickUp commits to complying with the GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is integrated into ClickUp’s terms of use and governs data transfer in accordance with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.   • Traffic statistics (Plausible Analytics) are hosted in the European Union and do not contain any personal data.

7. Retention period

Data is retained as long as the user account is active. If the account is deleted, the associated data is deleted within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

Cookies: No cookies are placed on your device when browsing this site.

Traffic statistics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool hosted in the European Union. Plausible does not place cookies, collect personal data, or allow cross-site tracking. The generated statistics are entirely anonymous and aggregated. 10. Intended audience

The site does not target minors. No promotion of alcohol consumption is carried out; the site deals only with fermentation processes and beer production for technical and professional purposes.
