The annual event of Star’Terre, a platform dedicated to promoting agricultural and food know-how in the Lake Geneva region, brought together around sixty participants on 28 February. At the heart of this meeting was the announcement of the new winners, among whom our start-up had the honor of being selected in the 2024 call for projects.
Star’Terre embodies an ambitious mission: to share, innovate and better value the region’s agricultural and food production and know-how. As a unique platform, it is located at the intersection of the entrepreneurial, agricultural and food worlds, thus offering fertile ground for the emergence of sustainable solutions.
This annual event was an opportunity to discover a variety of projects, taste local products and be inspired by the exciting initiatives presented by the participants. For the first time, a fair highlighting nearly fifteen supported projects was organized, which met with great success and generated general enthusiasm.
Star’Terre is committed to supporting and accompanying projects from their design phase, with the ultimate goal of generating added value for local producers and farmers. In collaboration with the Food and Nutrition Cluster, events were organized throughout 2023, offering project leaders the opportunity to discover places of innovation and development related to the agricultural and agri-food sectors.
This support program thus offers a dynamic ecosystem where expertise, inspiration and networking come together, propelling sustainable projects towards a promising future.
